(803 to go!)🙌🏻🙌🏻 ___ ... 14.7 psi = 1 bar so at that psi your waste gate is just opening the flutter is caused by the waste gate openening and closing because you do not have enough pressure to keep it fully open so get a lighter spring and tune with boost controler to solve your problem... ps..does your boost taper off just curious.
